I find Groupers, as a whole, to be both beautiful and charismatic. They look at you, and yes, I know I’m being anthropomorphic, with curiosity. It makes you wonder what they are thinking.

the Black Grouper has a beautiful camouflage pattern allowing him to sit and wait for his dinner to get close enough to inhale.

Like most all fish in my fish heads collection, Mr. Grouper was returned to his watery home after photographing.
